Be creative and let's turn it to taco bread, it's simple and delicious
Bread Dough Ingredients:
- Step 1 - 1 Egg, beaten
- Step 2 - 6oz: Whole Milk
- Step 3 - 2oz: Melted Salt Butter
- Step 4 - 2 tsp: Sugar
- Step 5 - 1/2 tsp: Salt
- Step 6 - 350g: Bread Flour
- Step 7 - 1 tbsp: Dry Milk Powdered
- Step 8 - 1 tsp: Bread Machine Yeast or Instant Yeast
Bread Dough Instructions:
- In the bread machine container, please place the ingredients by the following order from 1 to 8.
- Based on the steps, we place wet ingredients first then dry ingredients later.
- Close the bread machine lid, set start the "dough" cycle (it will takes about 1 hour and 30 mins).
- Once the dough is done, which means the first rise is complete and is ready for use.
- Remove the dough from the container and knead it for few seconds.
- Taco Meat
- Mexican Shredded Cheese
- Taco Sauce
- Chopped Tomatoes (optional)
- Taco Salsa - for topping
- Roll the bread dough into 12x18 inch rectangle.
- Place the cheese, taco meat, taco sauce, and tomatoes (optional) on the dough.
- Then roll up tightly lengthwise so you have one long roll.
- Cut the long roll dough in 12 one-inch slices.
- Place them onto a baking pan.
- Cover and let the dough rise for about one hour.
- Brush the dough with egg wash.
- Place some salsa on top of bread dough.
- Then bake 325F in the oven for about 20 minutes until nice and golden.
