Banana Custard Pudding

 
Banana pudding is an easy recipe and all time favorite.
Ingredients:
  • Vanilla Wafers
  • Banana
  • Milk Chocolate
Custard Filling Ingredients:
  • 3 Eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 Cup: Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup: All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 Cups: Milk
  • 1-1/2 tsp: Vanilla Extract
Custard Filling Instructions:
  1. Mix sugar, all-purpose flour in a pan, stir them well then whisk in milk.
  2. Let it simmer and stir over medium heat until the mixture thickened, remove from heat.
  3. Whisk 3 eggs in a small bowl. Pour some hot mixture into eggs and mix them well together.
  4. Transfer the small bowl of eggs to the mixture pan.
  5. Bring to simmer for about 2 minutes and remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. After cooking custard filling, strain through a fine sieve into a bowl. Set aside.
Banana Pudding Instructions:
  1. In a cup or dish pan, lay vanilla wafers, banana slices, custard pudding, then repeat layers.
  2. Topped whipped cream and some chocolate sprinkle over top.
  3. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Serve.
