Mocha Coffee Bread

If you are a coffee lover, then you will love this seriously delicious coffee bread for sure.

Bread Dough Ingredients:
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 6oz: Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino
  • 2oz: Melted Salt Butter
  • 2tsp: Sugar
  • 1/2tsp: Salt
  • 2tsp: Instant Coffee
  • 350g: Bread Flour
  • 1tbsp: Dry Milk Powdered
  • 1tsp: Bread Machine Yeast or Instant Yeast
Bread Dough Instructions:
  1. In the bread machine container, please place the ingredients by the following order from 1 to 8.
  2. Based on the steps, we place wet ingredients first then dry ingredients later.
  3. Close the bread machine lid, set start the "dough" cycle (it will takes about 1 hour and 30 mins).
  4. Once the dough is done, which means the first rise is complete and is ready for use.
  5. Remove the dough from the container and knead it for few seconds.
  6. Roll the dough to a ball shape, spray some water on dough ball and cover them, then it's raising time....it will takes about one hour.
  7. Bake 325F in the oven for about 20 minutes until nice and golden.
  8. Use a chopstick to poke a hole for the coffee cream filling.
  9. Sprinkles some powdered sugar on bread and ready to serve.
Coffee Cream Filling Ingredients:
  • 350g: Powdered Sugar
  • 8oz: Unsalted Butter, room temperature until soft
  • 1-1/2tbsp: Whole Milk
  • 2tsp: Vanilla Extract
  • 1-1/2tsp: Instant Coffee
  • 1/4tsp: Salt
Coffee Cream Filling Instructions:
  1. Combine the instant coffee with the milk, then set aside.
  2. Mix the soft unsalted butter, add the powdered sugar a few cups at a time.
  3. Add the vanilla extract, then stir a little bit.
  4. Add the coffee and milk mixture, and salt.
  5. Mix all of the coffee cream ingredients together until smooth.
