Bacon and Cheese bread....it’s obviously the greatest loaf of all time.
Have it for breakfast, tea time, gathering or with a meal.

- Step 1 - 1 Egg, beaten
- Step 2 - 6oz: Whole Milk
- Step 3 - 2oz: Melted Salt Butter
- Step 4 - 2 tsp: Sugar
- Step 5 - 1/2 tsp: Salt
- Step 6 - 350g: Bread Flour
- Step 7 - 1 tbsp: Dry Milk Powdered
- Step 8 - 1 tsp: Bread Machine Yeast or Instant Yeast
- In the bread machine container, please place the ingredients by the following order from 1 to 8.
- Based on the steps, we place wet ingredients first then dry ingredients later.
- Close the bread machine lid, set start the "dough" cycle (it will takes about 1 hour and 30 mins).
- Once the dough is done, which means the first rise is complete and is ready for use.
- Remove the dough from the container and knead it for few seconds.
Bacon and Cheese Bread Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp: Unsalted Butter
- 8-10 slices of Bacon
- 1 cup: Shredded Cheese
- Parsley
- 3 tbsp: Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp: Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp: Italian Seasoning
Bacon and Cheese Bread Instructions:
- Cut the bread dough into 4 pieces, then roll the bread dough into 12x18 inch rectangle.
- Apply 1 tbsp unsalted butter to each bread dough layer.
- Fold the dough to creating more layers, then roll the dough again..
- Repeat with another dough and fold it over onto itself.
- Cover and let the dough rise.
- 30 minutes later, roll the dough again then apply the homemade mayonnaise, bacons, and cheese.
- Roll up the dough tightly lengthwise so you have one long roll.
- Cut the long roll dough in 12 one-inch slices.
- Place them onto a baking pan, scatter parsley.
- Cover and let the dough rise for about one hour.
- Brush the dough with egg wash.
- Bake 325F in the oven for about 20 minutes until nice and golden.
