- Rice Paper Wrapper
- 1 lb: Ground Pork
- 1 cup: Spinach
- 1/2 cup: Shredded Carrot
- 1 Avocado
Marinade (for ground pork):
- 1 tsp: Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp: Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp: Sugar
- 1/4 tsp: Black Pepper
- 1 tsp: Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp: Corn Starch
Instructions:
- Marinated ground pork with soy sauce, garlic powder, sugar, black pepper, sesame oil, and corn starch.
- Mix well and marinated for 20 minutes.
- Heat up some oil in a pan over medium heat, add in the ground pork and cook until browned.
- Take a piece of rice paper and dip it in warm water for a few seconds until it becomes pliable.
- Lay the rice paper flat on a clean surface and place a spoonful of the filling (shredded carrot, avocado, ground pork, spinach) in the center.
- Fold in the sides and roll it up tightly, just like you would with a burrito.
- Once all the spring rolls are assembled, heat up some oil in a deep pan for frying.
- Carefully place the spring rolls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve them with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
