This is an easy and delicious recipe for Chicken Pot Pie.
With just a few simple ingredients and some basic culinary skills, you can treat yourself and your loved ones to a delectable homemade meal.
Ingredients:- 4 Chicken Thighs
- 1 Puff Pastry Sheet
- 1 Pie Crust
- 1 Egg (lightly beaten for egg wash)
- 1 can - Cream of Chicken & Mushroom Soup
- 2 Cups: Mixed Vegetables
- 2 tsp: Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp: Salt
- 1/4 tsp: Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup: Chicken Broth
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Boil the chicken things until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let them cool.
- Once the chicken things cooled, remove the skins and bones, then shred them into small pieces.
- Add the cream of chicken & mushroom soup, mixed vegetable, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chicken broth.
- Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
- Roll out the pie crust, pour the chicken and vegetable mixture into the crust.
- Cover the dish with the puff pastry sheet, use a fork to press the edges and create a decorative pattern.
- Trimming any excess from the edges.
- Brush the top of the puff pastry with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy.
