Super Easy Homemade Chicken Pot Pie

 
This is an easy and delicious recipe for Chicken Pot Pie.
With just a few simple ingredients and some basic culinary skills, you can treat yourself and your loved ones to a delectable homemade meal.
Ingredients:
  • 4 Chicken Thighs
  • 1 Puff Pastry Sheet
  • 1 Pie Crust
  • 1 Egg (lightly beaten for egg wash)
  • 1 can - Cream of Chicken & Mushroom Soup
  • 2 Cups: Mixed Vegetables
  • 2 tsp: Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp: Salt
  • 1/4 tsp: Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup: Chicken Broth
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Boil the chicken things until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let them cool.
  3. Once the chicken things cooled, remove the skins and bones, then shred them into small pieces.
  4. Add the cream of chicken & mushroom soup, mixed vegetable, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chicken broth.
  5. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
  6. Roll out the pie crust, pour the chicken and vegetable mixture into the crust.
  7. Cover the dish with the puff pastry sheet, use a fork to press the edges and create a decorative pattern.
  8. Trimming any excess from the edges.
  9. Brush the top of the puff pastry with the beaten egg.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  11. Serve and enjoy.
