Lemon Garlic Shrimp & Sausage Linguine

Ingredients:
  • 10 Shrimp
  • 12oz Sausage
  • 1 lb: Linguine pasta
  • 2 tbsp: Olive oil
  • 6 tbsp: Butter
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp: Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp: Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tsp: Garlic Powder
  • 2 Cups: Spinach
  • 1 tbsp: Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup: Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp: Parsley 
Instructions:
  1. Cook linguine pasta. Drain and set it aside.
  2. Rinse the shrimp, remove the black vein along the back of the shrimps.
  3. Keep the shrimp heads as it can add more flavor to the dish when cooking, it is optional.
  4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. 
  5. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant.
  6. Add the shrimp heads and stir for about 1 minutes, then add the shrimps and cook until they turn pink.
  7. Add the sausage and sauté until browned and cooked through.
  8. Remove the shrimp heads. 
  9. Adding 4 tbsp butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning; squeeze fresh lemon juice and followed by the 1/2 cup of  parmesan cheese.
  10. Stir in spinach and cook for a minute.
  11. Toss in the cooled linguine pasta and mix everything well.
  12. Garnish with parsley. Adding salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes for an extra kick if desired.
  13. Serve.
