Ingredients:- 10 Shrimp
- 12oz Sausage
- 1 lb: Linguine pasta
- 2 tbsp: Olive oil
- 6 tbsp: Butter
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp: Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp: Italian Seasoning
- 2 tsp: Garlic Powder
- 2 Cups: Spinach
- 1 tbsp: Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup: Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbsp: Parsley
Instructions:
- Cook linguine pasta. Drain and set it aside.
- Rinse the shrimp, remove the black vein along the back of the shrimps.
- Keep the shrimp heads as it can add more flavor to the dish when cooking, it is optional.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp heads and stir for about 1 minutes, then add the shrimps and cook until they turn pink.
- Add the sausage and sauté until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the shrimp heads.
- Adding 4 tbsp butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning; squeeze fresh lemon juice and followed by the 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese.
- Stir in spinach and cook for a minute.
- Toss in the cooled linguine pasta and mix everything well.
- Garnish with parsley. Adding salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes for an extra kick if desired.
- Serve.
