Ingredients:
- 2 Chicken Quarter Legs
- 8 slices: Ginger
- 1 bunch: Green Onion
- 1 tbsp: Minced Ginger
- 1/4 Cup: Chopped Green Onion
- 1 tbsp: Cooking Wine
- 1/2 Cup: Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup: Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp: Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp: Sugar
- 1 tsp: Salt
- Prepare the chicken legs - Season it with the marinade sauce for about 20-30 minutes.
- Place 8 slices of ginger and a bunch of green onion in rice cooker, then transfer the chicken legs there.
- Pour the rest of the marinade sauce to the chicken.
- Set your rice cooker: Select the appropriate cooking setting, usually the "steam" function.
- It takes about 40 to 50 minutes to be fully cooked, depends on the brand of rice cooker.
- Once it's done, brush the marinade sauce to the chicken then you can transfer it to the plate.
- Topped with sesame seeds and chopped green onion. (optional)
- Serve and savor.
