Strawberry Cream Pastry

Ingredients:

  • Pie Crust
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 cup: Heavy Whipped Cream
  • 4 tbsp: Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tsp: Corn Flour
  • Flaked Almonds
  • Strawberries
Instructions:
To prepare the pastry, please follow the step 1 to step 4
  1. Cut the pit crust into square shape, then brush each pie crust square with an egg wash.
  2. Gently lift pastry corner and fold to a triangle shape.
  3. Brush again the pie crust with an egg wash, then scatter with flaked almonds.
  4. Bake the pie crust in 350F for about 10 minutes.
Homemade Whipped Cream
  • Mix the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and corn flour together in low speed mixer until the cream thickening up.
