You really can’t beat a classic tuna salad, I’ve got to say tuna salad always makes my mouth water. Made with only a few simple ingredients such as canned tuna, mayonnaise, onion and celery (optional), it is a healthy breakfast, lunch, or for party foods.
- Step 1 - 1 Egg, beaten
- Step 2 - 6oz: Whole Milk
- Step 3 - 2oz: Melted Salt Butter
- Step 4 - 2 tsp: Sugar
- Step 5 - 1/2 tsp: Salt
- Step 6 - 350g: Bread Flour
- Step 7 - 1 tbsp: Dry Milk Powdered
- Step 8 - 1 tsp: Bread Machine Yeast or Instant Yeast
- In the bread machine container, please place the ingredients by the following order from step 1 to step 8.
- Based on the steps, we place wet ingredients first then dry ingredients later.
- Close the bread machine lid, set start the "dough" cycle (it will takes about 1 hour and 30 mins).
- Once the dough is done, which means the first rise is complete and is ready for use.
- Remove the dough from the container and knead it for few seconds.
Tuna Salad Ingredient:
- 140g Tuna
- 50g Mayonnaise
- Onion (Optional)
- Celery (Optional)
Tuna Bread Instructions:
- Open up and drain tuna. Mix tuna, mayonnaise, onion and celery (optional) well together. Set aside.
- Cut and divided the bread dough in small dough.
- Using a rolling pin to flatten the small bread dough.
- Spoon about a tablespoon of the tuna mixture in the center of the dough.
- Fold the edges over the center and pull it over to cover the filling.
- Shape the dough into a ball dough, tucking the ends underneath to close.
- Repeat with the remaining dough and place them onto a baking pan.
- Cover and let the dough rise for about one hour.
- Brush the dough with egg wash.
- Then bake 325F in the oven for about 20 minutes until nice and golden.
