Meatballs Ingredients:
  • A pack of 80/20 Ground Beef (about 1 pound)

  • 1/2 tsp: Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp: Salt
  • 1/2 tsp: White Pepper
  • 1/4 cup: Water or Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup: Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg
Instructions:
  1. I use an 80/20 blend of ground beef to make the meatballs, as this combination has enough fat to keep the meatballs juicy and prevent them from drying out.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with all the ingredients together. Set aside, let the ingredients and bread crumbs soak into the ground beef for about 15 minutes.
  3. Roll the ground beef into meatballs.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Fry meatballs until thoroughly cooked.
  5. Transfer the meatballs to a plate and cover with foil.
  6. Fill a large pot with water – the more, the better. Add salt to the water.
  7. Once the water is boiling, add the pasta. Stir the pasta occasionally to prevent it from sticking together.
