Fruit Iced Tea

Super healthy, easy summer drink to keep you cool

Ingredients:
  • 2 Black Tea Tea Bags
  • 300g: Hot Water 
  • 1 Kiwi 
  • 1 Orange 
  • 1/2 Apple 
  • 1 Slice: Pineapple 
  • 3 Strawberries 
  • 40g: Orange Juice 
  • 80g: Pineapple Juice 
  • 12g: Lemon Juice 
  • 60g: Honey
Instructions:
  1. Add 300g boiled water, set aside and let the tea brew for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Slice or cut the fruits into pieces.
  3. Remove the tea bags, then mix the orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and honey into the tea.
  4. Transfer the tea to a pitcher.
  5. Add all of the the fruits - orange, pineapple, kiwi, apple, strawberry into the pitcher.
  6. Keep the fruit tea in fridge for 2-3 hours to achieve the fruit flavor.
  7. Just like that...you will have a refreshing summer drink of fruit iced tea.
