Deep Fried Crab Balls

 

The flavor of meat balls is rich with a satisfying cream cheese and crab fillings
Who doesn’t love a yummy deep-fried crunchy treat?
Ingredients:
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 8oz: Cream Cheese
  • 1 pack of Crab meat (or about 10oz of fresh crab meat)
  • 1/2 tbsp: Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp: Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp: Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 cup: Japanese Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup: Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • Salt and Pepper to season
Instructions:
  1. Chop the crab meat to minced, combine the meat with cream cheese.
  2. Mix all the of ingredients with the cream cheese and crab meat together.
  3. Roll the meat mixture to a ball shape.
  4. Mix the Japanese bread crumbs and seasoned bread crumbs, both different crumbs will help the meat balls stay extra flavorful and crispy on the outside.
  5. Dip each crab ball into egg for about 3 seconds, then into bread crumbs to coat.
  6. Transfer the meat ball into the hot oil and fry them for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve it warm with any of your favorite sauces to boot.
